Shipping policy
Discreet packaging. Every order ships in a plain box or mailer with a neutral return address. No product names, logos or descriptions appear on the outside. Your card statement shows "HIAMORA WELLNESS".
Processing. Orders are processed within [1–2] business days. Orders are fulfilled from partner warehouses in the United States and the United Kingdom, so items in one order may arrive separately.

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order ships. You'll receive a tracking link by email.
Duties and taxes. For orders to the UK and EU, VAT is included in the price at checkout. For other destinations, import duties or taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority and are the customer's responsibility unless stated at checkout.
Where we don't ship. We don't ship to countries where adult wellness products are restricted. If checkout doesn't show your country, we're unable to deliver there.
Lost or damaged parcels. If tracking shows no movement for [10] business days, or your order arrives damaged, email hello@hiamora.com within [14] days of the expected delivery date with photos, and we'll send a replacement or refund.
Wrong address. Please check your address carefully. We can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
