What will my package look like? A plain, unbranded box or mailer with a neutral return address. The product name never appears on the outside.
What will show on my card statement? "HIAMORA WELLNESS". Nothing more descriptive.
Do you share my data? Never for marketing. We share only what a carrier or payment provider needs to complete your order. See our Privacy Policy.
Do I need an account? No. You can check out as a guest.

How long does delivery take? Most US orders arrive in [3–6] business days; international orders in [6–12] business days.

Are your products body-safe? Yes. We only stock non-porous, phthalate-free materials, and each product page lists the materials.
How do I clean my toy? Wash with warm water and mild, unscented soap or a dedicated toy cleaner, dry completely, and store in a pouch. Check the product page for waterproof ratings.
Which lubricant should I use? Water-based lube works with everything. Avoid silicone-based lube with silicone toys, as it can damage the surface.
I'm new to this. Where do I start? Our First Time collection is a gentle place to begin, or email us and we'll help you choose.

Can I return a product? Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within [30] days. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products can't be returned unless faulty.
What if it stops working? Every device comes with a [1-year] warranty against manufacturing defects. Email us with your order number and we'll repair, replace or refund it.

Is there an age requirement? Yes. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to browse and buy.
